My first reaction was ‘Nice thought but there’s no way, Coulson is much younger than…’ and then I stopped mid-thought.
Because you know what.
You know what.
After Steve, the US government had to keep trying to recreate the Super-Soldier Serum.
And who
and who
would be the FIRST DAMN PERSON IN LINE to volunteer?
They told us it never worked again. And that was kind of true. They never again recreated the super-strength or the gleaming pecs. But other things, they got right. They got the vastly delayed aging. And the kind of reflexes that make a man able to take out two armed thugs with a bag of flour. And the talent for leading through example. And they got the most important part, Erskine’s favorite part: the magnification of moral fiber, taking the loyalty and selflessness of a loyal and selfless man and making him into something spectacular.
Coulson didn’t buy those vintage cards on Ebay.
He’s had them since he was a little boy.
That little boy right there.

I just read this very interesting article:
Why Loki Won in the Avengers.
Warning: spoilers. Make sure you’ve seen the movie first before you read this.Mind: Blown. It always bugged me that Loki was so careless about drawing the Hulk out, knowing full well he could be beaten by the creature. This is just…ahhh. AHHH.

Is no one going to mention the fact that the teacher used the wrong ‘to’ when she/he wrote ‘page is to big’?

“Marvel’s The Avengers” is still tearing it up at the box office, raking in over $527 million to date, but that doesn’t mean Tony Stark gets a break from saving the world. “Iron Man 3” is currently filming in Wilmington, North Carolina. Photographers caught the first look at one of the new villains in the movie, the Iron Patriot, who is sporting armor that could give Stark a run for his money. First introduced in the comic “Dark Avengers #1,” the Iron Patriot might have a suit of high-tech armor with a Captain America paint job, but the man inside is not a hero.
Actor James Badge Dale (“The Departed,” TV’s “24”) as Eric Savin, one of the villains of “Iron Man 3.” In the comics, Savin is a soldier who is gravely injured in a land mine explosion and reanimated as a cyborg called Coldblood-7. It looks like the movie merges his character from the books with the Iron Patriot armor (which was worn by Spider-Man’s nemesis Norman Osborn, aka the Green Goblin). (x)
